Frequently Answers and Questions

Can slide (reversal) film be used?

Yes it can. The following film speed slide films attached with a DX code can be used: ISO 25, 50, 100, 200, 400, 800, 1600, 3200.

What is the film speed (ISO number)?

The ISO number indicates the film's sensitivity to light in numerical terms. The higher the number, the more sensitive the film is to light. Film with an ISO number of 400 should be used for normal photography.

Can film that does not have the DX marking be used?

Yes, it can. However, when film with no DX code is loaded, the film speed is set to ISO 25. After loading film with no DX marking or a speed of ISO 25 into the camera, close the back cover and press the shutter button once or twice.

The date imprinted on my photos is difficult to see.

Perhaps the background where the date is imprinted is very bright. Try to ensure that there is a dark object where the date will appear. Similarly, avoid having yellowish or white objects where the date will be imprinted.
